Sarah Glaser serves as the Director of Development for MY Entertainment. A passionate television creative, Sarah has spent her career developing dynamic content and cultivating opportunities to bring compelling stories to life on screen.

She began her journey at NorthSouth Productions, living in the world of budgets and schedules before transitioning to the creative side of television as part of their development team. While there, she served as the Production Manager of the truTV Impractical Jokers tour special “Practically Live!” working with entertainment venues across the country and handling logistics for a live-to-tape recording of the Jokers’ stand-up comedy show. During her time in development at NorthSouth, her team created and launched series such as Milwaukee Blacksmith on History, The Road Trick on Redbull TV as well as pilots and development projects for MTV, TLC, Food, HGTV, truTV, Oxygen, and more.

As the Director of Development for Optomen Productions, Sarah was instrumental in the sale of multiple series and successfully expanded Optomen’s development slate, securing funding from new and existing network partners including A&E, PBS, Magnolia, Travel, Oxygen, Lifetime, Food, and Nat Geo Wild. In a career highlight, Sarah developed and cast A&E’s The Employables, an acclaimed documentary series about neurodiversity and employment based on the award-winning BBC series, Employable Me. Most recently, she spearheaded the creation, development and casting of an upcoming inspirational nation-wide cooking competition series judged by a panel of renowned chefs.
